If this pawn ticket is lost, destroyed or stolen, you should immediately so advise the issuing pawn broker in writing.
Verbal agreements for additional days past due date are not binding.
Loans cannot be redeemed within the first three business days after the loan was made.
No goods shown while in Pawn; good may not be retrieved or viewed until loan has been redeemed.
No personal checks or credit cards accepted.
Any check returned to us for any reason will have an additional charge of $25.00.
Each pawnbroker may contact for and receive such fees in addition to interest authorized by this section as set forth herein for investigating title, storage, closing the loan, making daily reports to law enforcement and for other expenses and losses of every nature whatsoever and for all other services. Such fees, when made and collected, shall not be deemed interest for any purpose of the law.
We are not responsible for property destroyed or loss by fire, moths, burglars, holdups, riots, civil disorder or other cause beyond our control.
If your date falls on Sunday, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas you will be given an extension to the next business day.
No goods sent to C.O.D.
We assume no risk whatsoever for transmission.
For insurance coverage over the loan value and additional charge equal to the going rate of the U.S. Postal Service should be included.
A money order made payable to Gold Elite Jewelers & Loans for the exact amount plus shipping and any desired extra insurance should be sent in with the original ticket. Merchandise will be ship 14 days after receipt of money order and original ticket.
Payments
For payments made by mail always enclose the original pawn ticket with a money order or cashiers check for exact amount and a self addressed stamped envelope. We will send back a new ticket.
Interest is computer form the day of this ticket.
No partial months interest can be accepted.
Interest not paid by the due date stamped on the face of this ticket shall cause this loan to be in default and the pleaded property sold.
Payments made without original loan ticket will be charge a $10.00 missing ticket fee – No exceptions.
Pledgers hereby agrees with the due date listed on the reverse side and agrees that Pawnbrokers may dispose of, without notice, the pledged personal property listed on the reverse whenever the pledgor does not redeem the pledged within the time fixed agreed upon.
